Any violation of this provision may result in the immediate suspension or termination of your access to DashFLix and could lead to legal action.
4. Intellectual Property and Content Usage
All content made available through DashFlix, including but not limited to videos, images, graphics, text, and software, is either owned by DashFlix or licensed for use by third parties.
This content is protected under applicable intellectual property laws, including but not limited to copyright, trademark, and other proprietary rights.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and view the content for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
You agree not to:
Reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, perform, republish, transmit, or otherwise exploit the content without prior written permission from DashFlix or the respective content owner.

Any unauthorized use of the content may result in the immediate termination of your access to DashFlix and could lead to legal action, including but not limited to claims for damages or injunctive relief.
5. Subscriptions and Payments
Certain features of DashFlix may require payment, including per-episode purchases, subscription fees, or one-time payments to unlock content.
By making a purchase, you agree to the following payment terms:
All payments are final and non-refundable unless expressly stated otherwise by DashFlix.
The prices for content or services will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase. By proceeding with the transaction, you consent to the amount being charged.
DashFlix reserves the right to change pricing for any content or service at any time.
Any change in price will be communicated in advance, and will only apply to future purchases.
Existing purchases will not be affected.

DashFlix will not charge any hidden or additional fees beyond those displayed at the time of purchase.
